These days, a lot of people are relying on technology, but there are some things that, although they have brought to the technological world, also work just as well in their original state.  Two of these items are planners and organizers.  Even though there are computers and electronic organizers, nothing beats an old fashioned, jot your notes down in it organizer and planner. Below are three good reasons why having old fashioned organizers and planners is a good idea.

• Portable - The first reason why everyone should have an old fashioned organizer or planner is that they are very portable. Of course, some people would argue that so are electronic organizers, but there's nothing like being able to take out that planner or organizer and write down notes in it.
  
• No Batteries or Electricity Needed - The second reason that everyone should have an old fashioned organizer or planner is because they don't require any batteries. How many times have you been on your computer or your electronic organizer trying to do something only to realize that your battery level is low and you don't have anywhere to plug in your computer and you don't have access to your battery charger? Now what do you do? You grab a piece of paper and write down what you want to remember anyway, only to lose your piece of paper! You don't have that problem with the old fashioned organizer/planner.
  
• Multiple Use - The third reason that everyone should have an organizer or planner is the simple reason that yes, it helps you to remember things and keep things organized, but it does so much more! You jot down notes in it, you place business cards in it. You doodle in it. You know where everything is in it. Look at just about anyone's organizer or planner and you will see that it does a lot more than what it's designed for. You can't do that with the electronic version!

As you can see, there are three good reasons why everyone needs to have an old fashioned organizer or planner.  Two of them are practical, while the other one is more of a fun reason.  But all of them are good to consider when you are making the decision between electronic and the old fashioned kind of organizer and planner.  Both types of organizers and planners have their good points. But only one type of planner and organizer can go anywhere and does not run out of battery power.  That is the one that is bound with leather and is filled with paper instead of a screen.
